Presentation

The french Open Science Monitor, set up in 2019 by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, aims to measure the progress of open access to research results.

It is part of the National Plan for Open Science and includes a set of graphs measuring the evolution of open science in France using reliable, open and controlled data.

Since January 2022, the Ministry proposes to adapt this barometer locally on the basis of a list of DOI provided by the institutions. In this section, you will find several graphs from the Centrale Lyon Open Science Monitor, classified by publications, domains, publishers and open archives.

You can find more information on the Open Science Monitor website.
